Cancellation Policy
50% of any cancelled or No-Show Appointments will be automatically charged unless done with 48 hour notice of the day of the appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours can be subject to a charge of 100% of scheduled services.
More than 2 No-Show or cancellations within the 48 hour window will result in a 50% Non-Refundable charge for service due before next booking.
For appointments 4 hours or more, a non-refundable deposit is required. Deposits may be transferred when rescheduling with at least 2 weeks’ notice. After two reschedules, the deposit becomes non-transferable and will be forfeited.
Appointments are booked in 10–15 minute increments. If you are 10 or more minutes late, you may lose part or all of your scheduled service to ensure following appointments are not affected.
In the event of an emergency or illness, please notify as soon as possible. Reasonable exceptions may be made when appropriate. Please do not attend your appointment if you are sick.
Weather conditions are understood and taken into consideration when necessary.
